They had no need to raise finance when they were operating as they funded themselves from a profitable revenue stream - there is no revenue stream at the moment.
It is all well & good to have employees & plant but if you don’t have the cash to enable the profitable utilisation of same they become millstones rather than productive resources.
I understand that you are very bullish towards this investment but to let emotional attachment override an objective analysis of potential problems is foolish.
Your aggressive & intolerant reaction to anyone who raises potential difficulties is immature & petulant but I wish you all the best with your investment none the less

I've yet to see a gold company commence earning revenue without raising funds beforehand.
