    Email them and see. If you get a reply then it is a real address, though I'd be skeptical.

    The off-market transfer process is easy. Just fill out a form, like this one: www.mirra.com.au/Attachments/MIR_Standard_transfer_form.pdf

    It is the legal issues that are not so straight forward. It is probably worth getting real advice before doing anything.
