I can't see it reaching those levels and if it did - would be because someone had to sell (forced to pay the months interest or something!!!).

Whilst I'm 1 of the 19 million employed in Aus, I'm happy to hold and since I have 30 years before thinking of retirement, I'm confident things will recover for ERH.

OPEC will cut production soon and price will rise once the buyers get the shock; what not enough oil? ha ha

Demand will pick up again, just need to stick it out...we are all on the same ship :-) and it's no speed boat, more like a tug boat, but it's reliable, tough and we know where we are heading.
