    I agree - they should loose their jobs. It never ceases to amaze me how managers and their helper advisers rush into debt-fueled acquisitions in good times, and then desperately try to reduce it when the cycle turns.

    Those acquisitions are almost always supported by "compelling strategic rationale" as was presented here.
