The positions were set up temporary for governance issue (many have posted they were concerned about issuing shares/options and over paying etc), once the final board position(s) are filled and MG has resigned from the board, the formal employment contracts can be approved and signed off by the board including new sets of KPIs for C suite and employees etc as per the normal process. The Board on our behalf doing the right thing.
With a new group there could be a reporting style change from we have been used to. We will have to wait to see how that evolves.
Not sure what to make from yesterday's x, other than short term noise, only 0.35% of the float. If the market thinks there are 7M shares now on offer they will pull their bids to get those shares cheaper. Might be mean reversion from Bolly Bands.
Anyway we know there is still another 9500+ SOZO units to be sold in the first part of the growth story.
