If MCT accept any payment in NME shares, then they're bigger fools than I already think.
MCT already have circa 90m NME shares with little hope of ever getting any $$$ back.
Those shares have diluted MCT SH to the tune of 433m shares, a total farce.
If court outcomes are unfavourable to MCT then I can't see any way forward with the jv, which will become dead in the water.
Then what?
If MCT accept any payment in NME shares, then they're bigger...
