My expected timeframes have been way off, so far, for a few years.
The delays are in the processes by SIG, and out of AVQ's control, but better planning (for delays etc)would have been appreciated.
I am hoping that, with progress on SJ, the owners of kolosori will be trying to speed their own processes up.( in fear of missing out)
Charliek's timeframe seems reasonable.
Long wait. How about a timeframe from AVQ?
