Yes but the quickest way to get the economy back on track is for the government to give 100% backing to the mining of its Territory's natural resources. Something that the NT government has indicated it's willing to do on several occasions.
I've finally averaged down to $0.013 now, but it's so frustrating watching the SP headbutt that price constantly of late.
Must stay positive though, we've got a lot closer to mining than we ever have I reckon.
