It's Mr David Tweed playing his usual games. If he enclosed a postage paid envelope, just put some rubbish in it and return it to him - this way at least he'll lose a few cents. The reason he's got your details because he has purchased the shareholder list from BHP. Anyone can do that if they are willing to pay for it - the list is freely available information.
