There has been a lot of recent M&A of Trans Tasman tech companies, several for values higher than what Dubber is at present. Myself, I think there must be people who are watching us, either to secure a decent holding or take over. I understand from previous presentations there are two listed US companies who offer a traditional solution to Dubber's cloud based offering. They have market caps much higher than our own, are they going to sit back and see us eat away at their asset base? Just my opinion.
