This will take some time to sort out.
I am sure that ASIC will have a further good look at the books to see if there have been other transactions made which do not comply with the standards prior to any court case.
August is a long way away but once the accounts are presented and the funds are available we should see us back in action.
We have not had any notice that we are delisted but I don't know how much time we have to have our accounts signed off and presented.
If a lot of time goes by any credit raise will need to have a prospectus issued as well. I think that is how it works.
Plenty here smarter than myself that will know..
