Bill has become a short term wealth destroyer. His ego won't allow his legacy of long term wealth creation to be tarnished surely. All the insiders are still well in the money so no need to panic for him yet.
DVP needs quite a bit of money when the future payments for Woodlawn are due right? I can't see share price doing much good stuff till the funding uncertainty is removed.
