With both Cu and Zn in WA and NSW and the possibility of the 20% holding in ANX Anax being used to establish a treatment hub for other West Pilbara miners with Cu etc. it ceases to be a Whim for BHP to be interested in DVP.
Could also facilitate retention of BHP's skilled work force from Kambalda, if required.
Particularly after the very recent approach to Anglo which could make BHP the largest copper miner.
