The revenue etc are fixed into the equation as they are not updated daily. The daily fluctuation in their price estimate would be the safety margin variations due to macroeconomic fluctuations.
Say they had a terminal SP estimate of 21c & it had a safety margin of 3:1 = 7c SP, however, the safety margin is now 2:1 = 10.5c SP estimate.
Everything else is constant as there has been no updated 4C. It's calculating/estimating revenue from the past 4C x safety margin.
