This is exactly right. It is hard to say when something becomes material.
If dw8 do onboard a big name you can bet…
a. it would take quite a while it’s not just they are on or off
b. They may have deep discount for a while (therefore it may not affect bottom line for a while)

They may be onboarding or in the process and are not ready to disclose. It doesn’t need to be announced if there is not contract or in the middle of negotiations/working out stuff.
