The shorters appear to have started to reduce their shorts after seeing Dorfner and RNU have objected to the companies Patent application,
Its a significant investment by the shorters, who need to buy back $5.96mil worth of EGR's shares.
Let's hope the short covering occurs on market, I cannot see any reason for EGR to need to raise funds with $50mil sitting in the bank accounts which covers stage 1 production costs for Kwinana $31mil. As you highlighted the other day, the planning application advertising period has now closed and the company is expected to start construction in Q322, this is only 3-6 months away.
