How I see the next 4.5 months playing out....
Given Tony and Bardin are banker wankers, I am expecting they would be using this dead time and playing to their strengths to sort the offtake and finances arrangements out (conditional on SML granting), wouldn't be surprised if the offtake partner(s) finance it too.
Orion Capital research report which was pricing peak at 4-6x once those items are complete so not too far off my thumb sucking predictions...anyone seen the Petra capital report (quarterly said its been published).
Remember the NDPR oxide price is in boom town, so there will be additional gravy once this is factored in also.
