As I've mentioned several times before the world economic instability still prevails and may possibly worsen and until this changes to a positive outlook, we won't be seeing anything positive in the sp or stockmarket in general for that matter.(At least nothing enduring).
I still hold though and live in hope that this will recover and live up to what I believe it can.
My opinion only though.
