Scenario - How peeved off will Alison be if this does not go...

Scenario - How peeved off will Alison be if this does not go through??? She loses a big wad of cash and then is expected to do her job and try to keep costs down while raising revenue etc etc...... But what about the general feel of other ECP employees I wonder????

Scenario - The 'no" vote gets up.....price falls quickly to 40c and below. Whats Stopping PBL or the rest of us for buying up all they can and increasing their percentage cheaper???? Oh hang on that's right.....the "capital reduction" is using ECP's money to buy out the shareholders.

If "no" gets ups - Alison should get the boot....ie voted out (if she can be??) And I'm curious as to what will happen with ECP-PBL longterm.
If "yes" gets up - its a win for the axis of evil (Kerry, Alison etc) and all shareholders who bought in sub 55c - can't blame them.

I'm just having a Monday whinge.
