Swapping from the options into the heads is the most prudent risk minimsation strategy at this point in the life of the option.
6 months to go before expiry, and option decay is a very real risk for option holders 6 months out. At least in the heads, you maintain a seat at the table, with no further outlay required. Smart IMO.
Buying options now is only for the brave.
