Partially. 5% can actually call an entire EGM, but I don't think it takes 5% just to add a resolution. In any case I understood Angry had Proxies for over 5%. I think its 14 days prior to Notice issue too, but anyway, they'd be foolish to refuse the introduction of Resolutions because the 55 block may then call another EGM.

You guys can use this to really flesh out what is going on you wnat to know. If it works and things are proven to be straight, CVI should fly up in price.

I would also suggest that the issue of massive quqntities of new shares should be deferred until shareholders have had a chance to digest what has happened thus far. From what I've read on here, many see real value in what CVI already seems to own and want to see it developed into something.
