DF did say that most of the staff working on the rail negotiations have been let go, but they have kept the vast wads of paperwork on it all so it can be kept alive. Certainly doesn't seem to be a priority.

Interesting comment made by DF about Twiggy and future relationships with him. He also talked about two mines very close by that could easily be tacked on. With the reduced contractors costs these were now more viable.

As Mongrel said DF was very upbeat.

Mongrel, what was you feeling at the end of the meeting? Did it make you want to partake in the CR or not?

To me, it still seems to come down to a big gamble on the iron ore price. If it stays up then the rewards could be there.
