yeh im referring to waste.
i read it in a small regional newspapers editorial(geraldton guardian or midwest times.i think it was the midwest times) the article or letter to the editor whatever it was was written by a country politician.can't remember if he was independant,nationals or greens. and ive since thrown the paper out.
