I have never said the property is worthless, what i am saying, based on the failed results and the huge amount of money spent and given away, that the company is abysmally managed, or said another way, the company is horribly managed. It will absolutely fail unless Mair and the board are Fired and replaced with better people. These guys have had a long time and a lot of money and have produced only failure. Time to change before the ship sinks on what could be a great property. Wake up, is all I'm saying guys.
