Dull i hope your well. It’s pretty clear your not happy or disagree with the responses your getting from this platform why not email or contact the company yourself and get clarification on your concerns. I’ve rang a few times and each time whoever it is I speak to is happy to go through my concerns and is never rushing to get me off the phone.
