    China is restricting the REE exports progressively, without making a typical American style big fuss about.

    China's rare earth exports fell 18% last month. It is obviously silently preparing the
    threat, putting things in place so that a threat can be acted up on quickly.
    This needs preparation.

    In connection with this, China is getting very frustrated with the latest bills provided by the House in the US in regards to the HK protests.
    The three bills target the human rights offenses in HK by the Chinese government.
    China vows strong countermeasures...….while preparing its REE card.

    Throw in REE restrictions, exploding REE prices, to an approved or slightly delayed EIA on
    formalities and you get a perfect storm.
