I was surprised to find out that after the government issued a 6 page rejection letter, (which the Company and Mr Mair should release), telling them what needed to be done/fixed, They submitted the 2019 EIA with only two additional pages. It ignores the suggested changes.
Clearly, sampling is a big part of problem (as was said in the recent Sermitsiaq.ag newspaper article). They have told Mair and the company that several times. Not only has the sampling not ever been representative of the deposit, they haven't bothered to change it any of the EIA's. Also it wasn't and still isn't JORC' d or anything else.
From my reading it, all they did is change/add a couple of pages and re-submitted it on a "Take It Or Leave It Basis". The answer from the Government will be to leave it. Sadly, our management hasn't got the message that the government means what they say. What do you think, will be rejected again?
Unfortunately, the answer will very likely be yes.
