Ill add this you had high interest rates but by the mid-90s it was around 7% and by 00 it was below 5% you also experienced a large reduction in interest rates.
Ill never knock boomers and say you had it easy but when you look at the facts your path to home ownership was easier and to not acknowledge that is blatantly silly
