I’ve just had a quick look at the EM1 Board member profiles. At a glance they look like they have the expertise to provide the Governance the company needs to deliver on its strategy and ensure legislative compliance. A couple of lawyers, one who has experience in due diligence investigations - which would have been handy when they were considering partnering with Crowd1, and an accountant who would have had oversight over the Crowd1 figures. Boards (and of course CEO) can make or break a company. Does anyone else know any more about the current Directors? They are an important part of emerges success going forward, and have obviously significantly contributed to this weeks celebrations. EllieO
