No, it's like a marketing company for McDonald's saying they are using Aussie beef, and they are. What that same marketing company does outside with other businesses or the other businesses they run, EM1 can't control. Should they continue with that company once they find out they are for example using child labour? (Well I can name a few big companies that didn't?)
