I think it would be in a lot of holders interest to get res 4 - 9 over or we get nothing. They are all conditional on each other from what i am reading.
I wonder how Hanlong are going to vote? They probably want the ship to go down so they can get it for nothing.
Geez i hope this board are looking after the shareholders and not in bed with the Chinese way of doing things.
