thanks for those. But nothing there says he is a qualified patent attorney. The letter from the patents board merely says he has been granted exemptions from an exam in relation to “Intellectual Property Law and Practise”. That is one unit out of around 8. Was he ever qualified as a patent attorney? The Board website only has him listed as a trademark attorney.
