It seems timely to dig a little further into the numbers. I'm sure they are also a fascination for the SPL marketers right now.
I found a Purchasing Power Metric from Worldometers GDP per Capita (2017), Worldometers CoronaVirus by Country (19 June), and Statista Rate of Vaccination by Country (13 June).
It seems to me that the same product sold at the (local?) price with the same availability would sell (40.99*0.16) = 6 times more units in India than in UK right now. Adjust the assumptions to taste.
