I’m sure Dave is super busy and probably can’t say much, but I reached out to him anyway to ask if there was anything he could share on the current situation. His response:
Thanks very much for your email and your concern. While I have much to say on current matters, until the ASX Aware Letter process is complete I must respect that process and offer no comment. What I can tell you is that we are taking extraordinary care to ensure that our response to the ASX is detailed, complete and provides them with all the information they seek. In due course we’ll be able to comment beyond that, but for now I must leave it there.
I wish I could offer more at this point, but hope you understand.
