Todays price action can almost be bearish, "playing with the chart". Either stopping the flow for accumulation, or still not enough players who want to be in the game to breakout above the $1 mark.
Time will tell.
The delayed Virgin Island installation(not so simple it seems) when its finally up and running may give the push.
