IMHO any move by Chinese or Indian interests to buy shares, get on the board or enter formal discussions would send EMG back towards $1.
As for those other wealthy countries you mention, I'm not sure how much steel manufacturing actually goes on there. They probably ship most of it in from China.
So I would say they are unlikely to be a buyer for our iron ore, and Chinese manufacturers are the biggest market for us.
