EML is presenting great value right now. if we take the top end of guidance $94m apply current margins of 73% and deduct the cost base of $40m guided by management we get just below $29M EBTDA this year. peer group companies trading on average 17x which applied to EML is $490M plus projected net cash of $60m this year and we have a valuation of $2.20 !!
I wouldn't be surprised if the stock ends this year above that valuation. I'm also willing to stick my neck out and call a maiden dividend for the full year around 3 cents. what a fantastic story coming together finally.
