These lists in company accounts (e.g. Annual Reports) are useless for determining who are the beneficial owners of the stock. Regal may well still be on the register, with their shares hidden behind one of the custodians / nominees. It's a sham this is the only detail required by Companies for reporting purposes as no real information is provided and institutions can climb to 4.99% hiding their ownership the whole way.
The beneficial top 20 is likely to look very different!
