I reckon leave her here. Has been incessantly down ramping for the past 6 months (coincidently around the same time as the shorts went out to around 5%) and claims a 25-30% increase in 5-7 years. Lets all just see how that plays out for her. I will bet she wont come anywhere near this forum next year, let alone 5-7 years
