    No, a private company can't be on the ASX and just because a company exits the All Ordinaries does not mean they are delisted from the ASX.

    It is probably also worth nothing that if a company was to delist they would still remain a public compnay unless the manner of their delisting was to become private, i.e. a buy out or takeover.

    Further, an unlisted public company is still subject to all ASIC rules, just not ASX rules. I.e. Shareholders would still receive Annual Reports. The biggest difference is the lack of a marketplace for shares, the company may create it's own facility otherwise holders would need to find buyers themsleves...

    Important to note, none of this applies to EOS, nor is there any indication that it ever will.
