What's actually happened is that EOS under the leadership of Dr. Ben Greene, have spent more than they have earnt due to the lack of any material contract wins for three years, whilst still paying handsome remunerations packages to their many Directors, CEO's etc. Meanwhile, they've run themselves into debt which they were unable to repay.
