hey Patrick, yeah sure thing. The price has reached the upper limit of a near term acceptable market cap .(I suspect this stock will attract buyers between 600M-800M cap trading range). what this means is those who were buyers are also sellers. this is the nature of trading. One can place a large order at lower range picking suitable resistance levels, and sell off risk for profit (higher prices). if you want to see this in it's all its perfect glory use a logarithmic adjusted price range and place the trend line (see attached picture) notice where the next resistance level is, sitting around $6.80.
if this company doesn't make any fundamental annoucements or changes then I'm expecting a fair bit of trading around these levels... we will see.
however, this stock is fundamentally bullish since late 2013..
