As someone already mentioned that this is not a trading stock. Seems like too many people owning shorted shares (over 6 million?) controlling the share price. Back log of confirmed contracts ready to be paid by the UAE , awaiting tests in the desert in September before payment. We are talking about huge imininant amount of money. Yet shares priced have bottomed out?
