Thanks for the update, and would appreciate some clarification.
Which of the comments are not accurate?
- That the current work program must be completed by 31 March?
- That an amendment request must be in at least one month before the end of the work program?
- That no amendment request has been lodged?
- Or, that there is a chance that MMR will lose the permit - and this is a material event that should be announced?
I have no doubt that the company is aware of the situation, and that there are consultations underway.
From the publicly available information it looks bad.
Was just looking for assurance that the permit was secure, and if it wasn't, the shareholders should be advised that loss of the permit was at least a possibility.
