EPA timeframe, page-416

So, Savage River - similar kind of proposal - is up in EPA's site this morning as well as publicized on the local city council's web site. It seems the EPA won't present the corresponding advertisement of proposal unless the city council goes first. So, more pressure on Circular Head to get their Circular Heads out of... the ground... ummm.

I know IOP is rubbish by now, but I would rather have a permitted mine ready for when the price recovers than this interminable process - which I do not blame Sanjay for, having been on the phone with both the EPA and Circular Head Council and come away disappointed at their limited capacities.
