I think Patersons are here to stay unfortunately.  They did the prospectus as the lead manager and underwriter, as well as Adam Davey is on the EPT board and a director at Patersons.

Adam is the Director, Private Clients and Institutional at Patersons Securities.


They have been one of the biggest dumpers although they are so embedded into ePAT Technologies.

Some thoughts about why they are dumping, but obviously nothing solid.
   1. They know more then we know and feel they have time to dump and buy back in later
   2. They are just happy to take any profit and not in it for the long run (most probable being Patersons)

If they are wanting to buy back in and I think they will, it should mean that we will see another little pump, but even happier if they don't bother.

I am assuming Patersons held less then 5m shares otherwise they would have have been in the top 20.
