True, a smart broker just slowly off loading for minimal profit, slowly driving the price down and perhaps clean up later. Although the spread is big with EPT and the depth is horrible.
I do know 2 people that have offoaded in the past 3 weeks in total they would have sold off about 1.2 - 1.5m shares just because they were getting tired of no news, they have lost faith, lost confidence, and believed they could make more money else where in the short term and come back when EPT deliver tangible news. So far they have been successful so hopefully when they come back, if they do then they will have more to invest.
I must admit I have thought about numerous times but just don't have the balls to pull the trigger. Even my "trading parcel" I have not traded. Lol
