Can't recall his name..... BUT,

his points were memorable.

He said PAIN.

If you can find someone's source of PAIN: "whether it's a granny with aches or Bill Gates with too much cash to manage", offering to solve that PAIN is the most reliable form of sales proposition.

Find the PAIN!

Detecting joy, greed, pleasure, fear, hunger, etc too must all be winners too.

EPAT should fight to their patents and agreements cover as much of the spectrum of human / IT interaction as possible. Massive!
