All utter rubbish. ATEN isn't even propriety technology, ERJ don't have a single patent. Anyone could use it in the unlikely event of ERJ proving that it is economically viable in these environments. Difficult to patent it, when the technology has been around for 100+ years .... Best engineers? Who are they? Best green technology? I suppose SFR are dummies for using juwi who have 1500 installations worldwide compared to ERJ's zero. Maybe NST are talking to juwi.
