I guess what you are telling me is BB has no experience at all in this. Correct ?

2. I have expressed the opinion several times that it is clear to me AUZ will try to raise debt with the SK order book. I said so the day of the "leak", it is obvious from the structure of the deal.

It is not old-fashioned to say that it is unknown on what terms and cost, from whom, this will be accomplished. It is not old-fashioned to say the profit of the deal will be unknown because the discount and premium schedules are confidential.

3. There are innovative thinkers in every age. 1900. 1950. 1980, 2000.
Age is not a factor in one's critical thinking or one's ability to read. And mine is none of your business and is irrelevant to the conversation, although I have disclosed several times that I am retired. You will have to make a reasoned guess, as the information is not available to you, though I have no idea why you think it is germane to the conversation.
